We have booked an official photographer to take action shots of the exciting hockey that we will be seeing on the pitches this Sunday.
We will receive a link just after the event that I will send on to you all to allow access to the secure website for parents to buy digital downloads should they wish.
The cost will be £5 per image which in my opinion is amazing value!
Please let your parents know this in advance to avoid plenty of questions 😉
If anyone is anti-photographs then please let us know and we will supply the child a wristband so the photographer is aware and avoid the player on the day.
These wristbands will be available from the registration desk should you need at the front of the clubhouse when you arrive.
Please inform parents to check the route to Guildford ahead of time. The M25/A3 slip road is closed this coming weekend although the A3 remains open in both directions. Those coming from South may need to leave the M25 at the earlier junction and come up the back way to avoid getting into a pickle.
